By using our services, you agree that –

• You have the required authority to enter into binding agreements
• You will not use this website for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
• You will not interfere with the website’s security
• All pieces of information you provide are accurate and complete

Client Responsibilities towards Our Services

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Share necessary content, credentials, approvals, and feedback on time
• Review deliverables promptly and provide us with in-depth feedback
• Ensure that you have the rights to all materials provided, including text, images, logos, and other data

Please note that any delay on client’s end may affect the project timelines and its expenses.

Payments & Fees

• All fees are quoted in [INR/USD] unless stated otherwise
• Payments must be made according to the terms agreed upon before the start of the project
• Late payments may result in project suspension or additional charges
• Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Clients will have to pay taxes, including GST or other applicable international taxes

Intellectual Property Rights

Client Materials

All intellectual property provided by the client remains the property of the client.

Agency Work

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

Complete Web Graphics retains the right to:

• Use the completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes
• Retain pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and code libraries

Revisions & Change Requests

• The number of revisions is limited as mentioned in the project scope
• Additional revisions or changes may cause extra charges
• Any additional change requests must be approved in writing

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and platforms for hosting, plugins, APIs, ad platforms, and payment gateways.

We are not responsible for:

• Downtime or failures caused by third-party services
• Any form of policy changes or updates by third-party platforms, like Google, Meta, and hosting providers

Marketing & Performance Disclaimer

Digital marketing results depend on various factors, which are mostly beyond our control.

Hence, we do not guarantee:

• Search engine rankings
• Website traffic
• Lead volume
• Sales or revenue growth
• Ad platform approvals

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service we provided.

Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• By providing written notice
• For breach of these Terms

Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments become immediately due
• Work completed up to termination will be billed
• No refunds will be issued for the completed work

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, or pandemics.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India.

Modifications to Terms
